1. Nature of Donations

Donations to MU Feather are voluntary contributions intended to support server maintenance, development, and community operations. They do not constitute a contractual purchase of guaranteed goods or services.

2. General Refund Policy

All donations are final and non-refundable, except in rare, verified cases as outlined below.

3. Cases Where a Refund May Be Considered

A refund will only be evaluated if one of the following applies:

• Verifiable technical error: Rewards (WCoinC, items, etc.) were not credited despite a successful payment.
• System-caused duplicate payment: The same transaction was processed multiple times due to a server-side error.
• Provider-initiated reversal without user fault: PayPal or Mercado Pago reversed the payment through no fault of the donor.

4. Refunds Are NOT Accepted For:

Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for the following reasons:

• Change of mind or buyer’s remorse after donation.
• Accounts banned, suspended, or deleted due to violations of the Terms of Service or server rules.
• User errors (e.g., incorrect username, wrong payment method, typos).
• Loss of in-game items, characters, or progress due to disconnections, bugs, or staff decisions.
• Donations made by minors without guardian consent (user assumes full responsibility).
• Donations under $10 USD (or equivalent), which are not processed or credited and therefore ineligible for refund.
• Requests without valid payment proof or submitted outside official support channels.

5. Refund Request Procedure

   • Clear screenshot of the transaction (with payment ID visible)
   • Your in-game username
   • Detailed description of the issue
3. Requests will be reviewed within 3–5 business days.
4. Only complete and valid requests will be answered.

6. Refund Method

If approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method (PayPal or Mercado Pago), subject to provider policies and technical feasibility.
