1. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the MU Feather website and game server is subject to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with all terms herein. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Relationship to EULA and Additional Terms

These Terms supplement, but do not replace, the End User License Agreement (EULA) that governs the original MU Online software. You may also be subject to additional terms when using third-party services (e.g., PayPal, Mercado Pago) or affiliate features.

3. Eligibility and Age Requirements

The Service is intended for users aged 13 and older. In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA):

• Users under 13 are prohibited from registering or submitting personal information.
• If we discover a user under 13 has provided personal data, we will delete it promptly.
• Parents or guardians of children under 13 may contact us at contact@mufeather.com to request deletion of their child’s data.
• Minors (13+ but under local age of majority) are encouraged to review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

4. Account Creation and Identity

When registering, you must:

• Provide accurate, truthful information.
• Choose a unique username and secure password.
• Ensure your username is not offensive, obscene, or inappropriate.

MU Feather reserves the right to ban any account violating these standards, with or without notice.

5. Account Security and Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.
• Never share your password—MU Feather staff will never ask for it.
• Account trading, selling, sharing, or gifting is strictly prohibited.
• If your account is compromised, report it immediately via our Helpdesk.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, hacks, bots, or third-party software.
• Exploit bugs or game mechanics for unfair advantage.
• Harass, spam, threaten, or defraud other users.
• Post illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
• Reverse-engineer or disrupt server functionality.

7. Donations and Payment Gateways

Donations support server maintenance and are processed via PayPal or Mercado Pago:

• Minimum donation: $10 USD (or equivalent). Transactions below this amount will not be processed.
• All donations are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
• MU Feather is not affiliated with PayPal or Mercado Pago. Please review their respective Terms of Service.
• Fraudulent or reversed payments may result in immediate account suspension.

8. Staff Authority and Disciplinary Action

• MU Feather staff may issue warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans at their sole discretion.
• Violations may be penalized without prior notice.
• Disputes may be submitted to our Helpdesk, but final decisions rest with MU Feather.

9. Server Maintenance and Outages

Regular maintenance may cause temporary downtime. MU Feather:

• Will strive to minimize disruption.
• Is not liable for loss of data, access, or in-game progress due to outages.
• Is not responsible for inability to access paid services during maintenance.

10. Third-Party Services

Links to external sites (e.g., WhatsApp, payment gateways) are provided for convenience. MU Feather:

• Does not control or endorse third-party content.
• Is not responsible for their privacy practices or terms.
• Recommends reviewing their policies before use.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MU Feather and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of characters, items, account data, or gameplay progress.
• Service interruptions due to technical failures, acts of God, or external events.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MU Feather harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

13. Modifications to Terms
